What TimeBack brings
Free workshops
- We bring all the materials.
- Our facilitators come to you and lead the session, usually 30–45 minutes.
- We adapt each lesson to your middle and high school students’ ages, interests and setting.
What students gain
- Goal setting and prioritization to make time for what matters.
- Practical ways to plan their time and handle distractions.
- Hands-on activities and discussion with peers.
- A chance to ask older students about school, workload and balancing their interests.
What we appreciate
- Spreading the word. Mentioning TimeBack in your workshop promotion to help students hear about it.
- Knowing your group. Sharing students’ ages and interests so we can design the lesson around them.
- Timing. For 2026, we’re prioritizing workshops earlier in the fall so students have time to practice these skills before exams. We’re flexible on dates, with lighter availability in December as school workloads increase.
Develop your student leaders
We train your students to lead TimeBack workshops themselves.
- Lesson plans
- Facilitator training
- Coaching along the way

Tell us about your students and what you have in mind. We’d be glad to help plan a workshop or support students who want to lead one.
